SW Maps is a GIS and mobile mapping application that allows users to collect, present, and share geographic information at no cost.

Whether you are conducting a detailed GNSS survey with high-precision devices, collecting large quantities of location-based data using only your mobile phone, or simply viewing shapefiles with labels on the move, SW Maps offers a comprehensive solution.

The app enables users to record points, lines, polygons, photos, and display them on a selected background map. Users can attach custom attribute data to features, including text, numbers, predefined choices, photos, audio clips, and videos.

For high-accuracy GPS surveys, SW Maps allows the connection of external RTK-capable receivers via Bluetooth LE. Users can draw features on the map by adding markers and measure distances and areas.

Additionally, users have the flexibility to reuse layers and attributes from previous projects for new surveys or create templates for sharing among collaborators.

Data collected can be shared with others as Geopackages, KMZ, or shapefiles, or exported to device storage. The app supports sharing and exporting data as spreadsheets or CSV files.
